Secure360 – was very successful. There were 385 registered attendees and a net revenue of $21,000+. This will probably go into the funds for next year’s conference.
Personal information from the conference was not given out to vendors. Only names and postal address. For those who have received e-mails or phone calls from vendors, the vendors obtained this information on their own. Next year no attendee information will be given to vendors.
Planning for next year will be underway shortly. Keep eye on the Secure360.org website. Next year everything be on same floor. For vendors, there will be a legal retrieval system.
The Midwest Security Alliance (MSA) will become official. It will consist of ISACA, ISSA, ASIS, BCPA and ISFA. Risk Management, ARMA and Infragard may also join. MSA to bring Secure360 to midewest.
